Nick Harrison

Our firm’s lead counsel, Nick Harrison, is an accomplished and determined trial advocate. He was raised by a single mother on public assistance to become the first in his family to finish college. He went on to graduate from a top-tier public university with a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. After serving as an airborne paratrooper in Alaska and completing two combat tours in Afghanistan and Kuwait, he started his own solo law practice. One of his first cases, Joey Stipek v. University of Oklahoma, earned him a reputation as a fierce litigator who wasn’t afraid of taking on David v. Goliath cases.

In 2013, he moved to Washington D.C. after he was selected as a Presidential Management Fellow. Because he had scored so highly on the bar exam in Oklahoma, he was admitted to practice in Washington D.C. without having to retake the exam. And, after finishing up his fellowship, he built up his practice as an attorney and consultant – working with some of the leading class action product liability attorneys in the nation.
